indiglo gagues problem

I just installed indiglo gauges on my 01 se and they look great only one problem when i put the cluster back in all of my needles are way off. I guess i shouldnt have taken them off but there was no other way to get the gauges in there. Also having some trouble finding a power and ground source for the gauges. Has anyone else done the indiglo gauges on a 5th gen because i couldnt find any how to's on here.

You're gonna have to figure out how to recalibrate the needles. You couldn't just slip the gauges on? I remember I was able to in my 4th gen.

For power and ground, I tapped into the dimmer switch.

Mine had three wires as well but were different colors. Grab a test light and figure out which one gets power when the lights are turned on. Black is probably ground so it's either the red/yellow or red/white. Simple enough.

Sorry, I can't help you with the needle calibration.

ok ok so heres what i learned. To calibrate needles i drove next to my friend who was going 60 on cruise control and matched my cruise to his then placed the needle and for RPM's i guessed the idle speed around 1100 rpms as for the gas i filled up my tank and threw the needle on full and temp i ran my car for a while and threw the needle a litttle less than half way...as for the indiglo gauges power source i was able to borrow a friends test light and poke it into each wire...turns out the red/white wire was the one i needed so i bought one of these connectors specially made for splicing a wire into another wire hooked it up then used the test light to find a ground and bingo the lights are sick check em out
