Speed Sensitive Volume

Are there any non-gps head units out there that can do this? My mother has an Accord without gps and her car can do it. Just wonder if it's possible.

My GF's 09' Ford Focus has the Speed Sensitive Volume POS and its annoying. I am glad the 4th gen doesn't have it. Laziness at its finest right next to the Park Assist.
