I bought a 2005 Nissan Maxima Sl with 40,250 miles two months ago from a dealership out in Lubbock, TX. There is a lot of back story to why the dealership didn't replace the door actuators and shipped the parts to me and I can give more info if you want.

I am needing to replace the driver side front, passenger front, and passenger rear. I currently have the whole door panel assembly taken apart, and I am stuck. The ball that goes into the outside door handle will not come undone. I have searched all over the internet and Youtube to no avail! I was hoping someone could give me some insight as to what I am missing or doing wrong. I attached a picture with where I am currently at.

well guys i figured it out. there was a screw that was being covered up on the edge of the door and that was the missing piece to the puzzle. i fixed the driver front and passenger front and im half way through the passenger rear. those that said they did the rear first to figure out and were moving on to the front must of had a rude awakening! there is so much more to do to the front doors than there is to the rear!
