Wiring High Level input to Bose stock

Wiring High Level input to Bose stock
Hi I have a kenwood kac9105d with high level input and sensing turn on and i want to know how to connect them to my stock bose subwoofer or amp in the rear. I have a 2001 Nissan Maxima Limited Edition. And the bose stock sub has turns on and off will it affect if i put in subs and amp?
