new head unit only has 1 sub output, need help.

new head unit only has 1 sub output, need help.

someone has stolen my faceplate to my old headunit so i replaced it with a cheap double din , but it only has 1 sub rca output and i have a powered sub that needs 2 . can i just put a splitter on it ? thanks for any help.

Yes. A splitter is fine.

Have you tried just using one channel? Most HU put out in mono anyway, and it may work with just one.

ok thanks, i ended up just taking it back and got a pioneer fh-x70bt.sounds great couldn't be happier .
