electrical dissastor

I got a 05 maxima 3'5 se. I was sitting in my car last night and it seemed like the battery died. So I went to pop it in nuetral and move it. The crazyness started. The radio cam on and off the lights wouldnt turn off, than only 1 light stayed on. The air conditioning was going on and off. The steering wheel locked up, the key is currently locked in the ignition, wont come out ( wont let me go back to off). The breaks locked and I couldnt change gears. I had to pop the shift lock in order to get it to nuetral to roll it. I have no idea where to begin, the only thing I can think off is the ecu.

When I try to turn it over it clicks (starter I assume). If I leave the key on, I hear very fast clicking coming from behind the glove box (these are 2 seperate clicking noise, the starter when trying to turn it, if I just leave the key on I get the 2nd click)

It was raining pretty hard these past few days

Any ideas?

Post this in the 6th gen forum....youll get a better response. Ask a mod to move it.

Why makes you think it's ECU? Did the computer get wet? Was the door open??

Start with the basics. Check voltage on the battery. If you jump it, does it stay running, or does it die? Have someone check the alternator.
