Help.........loud humming coming from my subs

Help.........loud humming coming from my subs

Ok I running four subs off of two amps. Every time I start up my car a humming niose comes from them. Well I found out what it was when I took my head unit out and started jiggling around the RCA wires and bumping up against stuff. Ever time they would hit something the subs would hit. Now does anyone know what I can do about this? It's been driving me nutts

make sure that the RCA's are not being pinched anywhere goin from behind the radio to the amp itself. Check and make sure both amps share a common ground(or else you will get a feedback/noise) Or else try new RCA's.

maybe the bass gain is turned up too high. I had that problem too whenever I slam the door, the subs would humm

Oh yeah I forgot to tell ya I also have a capacitor and a distributor would that have anything to do with it. When I first had everything in it didn't make that sound, then I took everything out thenn back in and it started doing it.
