JL Audio 10 W3, Gotta Question??
Hey guys, I just purchased the rockford fosgate 500.2 amp, and nowi want to get the JL 10 W3's. I just wanted to know if there was anyone out there with these subs and are you pleased or not with the way they sound. Any response would be great.

i like JL when they are new, but id go with Rockford Fosgate Punch HE2 10's if i were you!! much deeper and cleaner bass. Plus "JL's loose SQ after a yr of pounding them, then you have to turn up the gains on your amp to make them sound better", thats a direct quote from my JL rep!! go figure...

I have had 2 12" W3's for almost 2 yrs, still pounding away with great sound quality. JL is for the best sound quality, RF punch is if you want to rock your neighbors windows, although, if you have enough money, JL's W7 sub line is the way to go. 1 10" W7 = 2 12" W3's, thats what I will be pounding in the near future!

That's not true. I wouldn't trade my 4-year-old 12W6 for anything.
