Can anyone tell me where the amp(s) are located in a 2016 Maxima S (non-Bose)?

Has anyone taken on changing the front speakers? How big a job is taking the dash apart to get to the tweeters?

 

There are no amp(s) in the that car. Only ones with the Bose system have an amp and its located under the rear deck.

 

I had an online chat with Crutchfield and was told the same thing: unless your Maxima has the Bose stereo, everything is integrated: sources, preamp and amp. Sigh. Crutchfield also said the speakers in the basic stereo are hard to retrofit due to quite limited mounting height There aren't many options available. Sigh again.
