I was talking to Dave Bomberger, who is a member of this forum, and he told me he works for a company called Tweeter. Thing is, i am in Evansville, IN and i don't think i have one. He can get alot of maxima.org members discounts on speakers, for me he can get me some special Boston Acoustic 6 1/2 speakers made for Maximas for only 85 bucks a pair, thing is, i have to be near one of the stores to get this discount, so what i was thinking was if someone has a TWEETER near them, then you could purchase the speakers, I would write a check for the speakers and shipping and handling to you, and we would have a done deal. Hit me back if you do, and I assume most of you are honest people, so don't try to shaft me so you can make $170 off me.

well, he told me to contact someone on this forum, he really didn't make any reference to doing it from his store. Don't know why, but he said the only way he has the connection is if i were to buy it directly from a tweeter store near me So, that is what i am trying to do

Nevermind All, i just did a store search and it seems there is one not to far from me

by the way, how do these speakers look? They do look very appealing to the eye, but i have never heard them. Take a look for me.

There are a couple of Tweeter stores up here in Charlotte NC and I would be willing to pick them up and ship them to you.
