No one has responded because no one has found a good one. Your best bet is to DIY. Drill a hole at a convenient, unpopulated location on the firewall. Paint the exposed metal edges to prevent rust. Use a grommet to protect your wiring. Finally use RTV on both sides to seal it and keep water out. If you don't like drilling through sheetmetal, carefully drill a hole through one of the existing grommets parallel to the factory wiring, or the throttle cable, or something. Again, use RTV to seal it.
