Need details on how to remove rear speakers->

I was able to get the screws out to remove the rear seats. What else do I need to remove to get the speaker out. The panel that the speaker is on how do I remove that?

Really all you do is pull it off. It has a whole lot of clamps holding it down. You need to remove the 2 pillars by pulling them off too.
