Hey guys, I'm going to be installing Pioneer components in a little while but I have a question. The instructions say to run a + and - wire from the head unit to the tweeter and a + and - from the head unit to the midrange woofer. Right now, I just have a + and - going to the stock speaker in the door. Where do I get the + and - for the tweeter from. It's a pioneer head unit too.

Thanks a million!

Chris

Didn't the separates come with passive xovers? You would need only one speaker lead with xovers.

Micah: The way the instructions showed to wire it up was have a + and - going directly to the mid range speakers and then have another + and - going into a passive crossover into the tweet.

So what I did was splice into the power going to the midrange and use that as power for the crossover/tweet. Was that the right thing to do?
