Comes with all connectors and antennas. This will also include the trim kit (piece that goes around the front and under the stock vents) as well as 2007 East and West Navigation discs, box and manuals. [EDIT]
Disclaimer: There is a small scratch on the screen.
I accidentally scratched it while removing it. It does not affect functionality and can only be seen while the unit is off.

As you can see, there are several scratches but they really only come out when the screen is off. Otherwise, you cannot notice them. Again, they do not affect functionality of the unit.
