every time i make a sharp turn, my whole body shifts in the car, any way for me to improve suspension. or its a suspension issue? I have KYB Shock adsorbers, but thats it.

hi.. Some of the important steps to Follow..

This is some of the important steps to follow "Manual 6mt HLSD, NA"

1. Ko [.25-1.0f/.75r] want to stiffen rear
2. Ei Pro(Must to push and pull method)
3. FSTB, RSTB, RSw (removed FSw)
4. -2.5 degrees
5. now 42/32 (was 54/38)
6. now 225/50/16, 205/55/16 S-02's.

Well I finally got the car corner balanced and a proper alignment. It's a little aggressive for the street, but luckily I don't have to drive the car every day.

Nick, 1996 I30, Manual trans, NA
1. BC Coilovers, 9k Front, 8k Rear springs, usually run at full stiff (30/30)
2. Dropped about 1.5"
3. FSTB, RSTB, Stage 1 LTB, Stage 2 SFC, fender braces, panhard rod conversion, RSB
4. Street tires: 45f/45r, Hoosier A6: 35f/35+r
5. -2.0* camber and -0.1* toe out, ~2.8* caster
6. Street tire: 245/45/17 Michelin Pilot Super Sport, Race: Hoosier A6 245/40/17

Total vehicle weight with 160 lb. driver and almost full tank of gas is 3290, with a 60.0% Front/40.0% Rear split. 50%/50% side to side.
