Yeah I was there Majestic (Dark) Blue 01 Annv ED, I run STS...my best time was 65.916, but since it was still raining when i did my runs I think I would have done much better on that course had it been dry like it was for G, H and D stock. What was your best time? I did see you run while I was working the course (Station 1 Right after the starting gate).

I think you took the "newbie" class at candlestick on saturday? right? My buddy Lorin (great guy/awesome autox'er) said he was your instructor. Also Rob (Blue '02 SVT Focus) and Mike (Silver '02 R/T Neon) said the met you ("the gold max in GS") at the class too.

Hey there! I think I remember your car... I might have been working the grid for your group..? Thats a great time considering the track as you say. I managed an inspired first run of 65.25, enjoying the recent upgrades (Koni shocks and Stillen Catback) and the fact that I have tremendous rain tires.
Loren was my instructor on saturday, man that fellow can really drive all right. Super nice and cool chap as well. Also a great teacher. Cant say enough nice things about him. For that matter, same for Rob and Mike and Lee.
Whats your name? Im Erjan Calgaz, nice to e-meet you

The name is Daniel Lamb good to meet you too.
We'll have to chat at the next autox. Are you going to the Marina on Sunday? I am going to try and make that event.

Hey Daniel,

How have you been? Yeah! I haven't been out for awhile too, been busy here at work. Does your friend still have my picture? hehehe

I'm going to head out to marina for sure, and going to show my cousin the world of auto-x'ing. I just got the VB mod done to my car and I can't wait to try it out. I heard that the course is going to be small on Saterday. Well, I guess hopefully you'll be there weather should be a lot better....I hope

Cool, i'll look forward to that...What VB mod did you get? Maxxium, Don in Texas, or Level10? I would love to feel how it shifts as I haven't been in a max with one.

And yes it did suprise me that it was on Saturday... I had just assumed it was on Sunday when i looked at the schedule.

Well, I guess we are going to have a pretty good turn out of maximas this saturday. Caravan down there? anyone interested?

VB mod= Valve body modification.

This mods allow us automatic to shift quicker thus reducing 1/4 mile times or in the case of auto-x...if I need to leave the car in 2nd the shift from 1-2 or 2-1 are going to be quicker. There is no hp gains from this mod, and this mod will extend the life of the tranny.

So head count of peeps going to Marina:

I am down for that... If everyone will be taking 101 south then we could meet somewhere near the 85-101 interchange.

The mod should help your track times due to less delay between your foot going down and the power hitting the ground...especially coming out of corners.
