Need New Brake Pads

I'm comming up on time to replace the front brake pads on the Max, and I was wondering what everyone experiences were with the after market brake pads. I was thinking about the EBC redstuff or the Hawk HPS pads...anyone have these? or heard about them for auto-x use?

Thanks

Hey Joe,
I'd personally say go with Metal Masters...cost WAY less than Hawks and I have heard really bad things about EBC's. I ran MM's for the last half of last year's season and was very happy..I am sure that Hawks are probably a touch better but you can find the MM's for about $70 for a set of 4 while the cheapest hawks I have seen have been about $65 just for the fronts.

I'm running Hawk HPS on my Wilwoods up front, and MM in the rear...for the street. The MM in the rear dust 3 times as much as my fronts, kind of odd. I'll be trying out the Hawk HP+ in the front and Porterfield R4S's in my rears, when its time to hit up some roadcourses in the spring
