Racing Harness

Im interested in purchasing a racing harness for track use, but i dont want to replace my stock seats. Is this possible? Do i need to make any other modifications, or buy other parts?

Depends what type you use. I use schroth harnesses on stock seats and they work good but don't provide submarine protection. If you want a 5 point harness you will need new seats.

what he said. most 4pt harnesses will work with the stock seats without a problem, but the ones that only use a single attachment point in the back are easier to use. with the "y" right behind the seat, it will help hold the shoulder straps together instead of them falling off your shoulders when they get slack in them.
