Doesn't look at all good for the Maxima. All classes we run get penalized next year. Both Smod and DSP a little harder. Steet tired cars like STS and STX get outright slammed by nearly a hundredth of a %. Thanks Civics & WRX's
In STS for instance we need to be .48sec faster on a 60sec lap this year. Assuming the other classes stayed the same (which they didn't as many did get softer)
I'm seriously thinking of playing in STX next year. Question is will 245 vs 225 tires make up another .18sec on every 60sec lap

Decided I'm gonna stay in STS for the time being. I do have some 16x8 RX-7 wheels ordered which I'll wrap with some old S-02 rubber. I'll find a test day to try the 225/205 vs 245/225 combo's and see if I'm consistant enough to make a judgement. Local Sentra SpecV's have been very strong on their 245 17" Azenis.
