How do I adjust my RSB?

I have a stillen style RSB. I posted in the 5th gen forum, but after reading that thread I am more confused than I was before.

How do I adjust my RSB. Do the brackets stay in the same plance and I adjust the bar to different holes? Or, do I move the brackets as well? What setup is recommended?

TIA

Depends on where and how you have it connected now; and if you want it tighter or looser. Only certain holes can be used on the 5th gen. And the bar can only go in front or behind the rear beam to avoid the lateral link swinging down and hitting it.
