I ordered a full set of cross drilled rotors and ultimate pads for my 2001 SE. I recieved them as you said I would, and I opened one of the boxes and was pleased with the rotor. The large box contained 2 rotors and one set of Ultimate pads, and I assumed the other box contained the same. You have shipped countless packages to many Maxima.org member with no problems so I did not see the need to rip open the other box. I went to my shop to install the products today and opened all the boxes. There is no second set of PBR Ultimate brake pads. Also the ones you sent me were for the rear, and they did not fit. I had to run out and get a replacement set of F/R brake pads. Also, you sent me 2 Front/Right(Drivers) side rotors, instead of one left and one right. Mr. Shan, before I ordered your product, I trusted you and after this situation I still do. In fact, I believe and really hope this shipment was just an odd mistake because I plan to order more sets from you. Please rectify this situation, all my contact information has been private messaged to you. Thank you.

Exactly as I thought it was, simply a shipment mistake. Jason identified the problem, and he's already working on correcting it. Jason is probably the best vendor I have dealt with- keep up the good work man!

I think the experience that I had with Jason must have been a fluke.

Shipping took longer than the 3 days I was told and the entire payment to receiving timeframe took 3 weeks. The worst part was that I did not get everything I paid for after waiting that long -- the Axxis pads I ordered and paid for were not included in the package.

Jason provides a hell of a deal but unfortunately I had to have this bad experience. He did agree to give me a refund of $47 -- $45 for the pads and $2 for shipping since I did not want to have to wait another week just for the pads.

Having said all of this, Jason replied quickly throughout the process on any questions I had and his prices are unbeatable. The RTP rotors look great and so do the Brembos. It's just unfortunate that this mistake had to happen and I am sure that after reading all of the praise from fellow org'ers that this is not normal for him.

I know we agree on the $47 refund, but if you want I can 2nd air the pads to you by tuesday, let me know asap if you want to do that.

No problem and thanks for the offer -- as I said I am sure this was just one bad mistake after reading the rest of the positive posts in here. I will go ahead and just take the refund and get some generic pads here in Norman since I just recently found out that Axxis Ultimates wear down very quickly. Thanks again.

Got my PBR Axxis ultimates and rotors on the car, brakes are great. Very good to work with Jason! Straight up guy, returned calls and emails, willing to help if I got in a jam as a newbie brakester. Also a great deal versus taking the car to get subpar parts installed for 800 bucks, saves almost 500 bucks.

WARNING: My 01 max had 02 rear brake pads and brake pad retainer clips. The 02 pads have tabs on the sides that are 1/2 the size of the 01 tabs. Worse case scenario is that you change the clips for 11 bucks a piece, or shave down the tab on the 01 pad.

Only thing I could say is Jason knows his business! This guy is unbelievable. He has been more than accomadating with me and able to get everything I needed. Jason also sells parts for other cars other than Maxima's so I bought a ton of stuff from him even for our Family vehicle, a "91" Toyota Previa. The wife primarily drives it with the kids and now she's stylin with new brakes, rotors and SS brake lines. Jason is the only one I will ever buy this stuff from again.

Not that you didn't know, but Jason is the man... I'm not ordering pads/rotors from anyone else now, even for my other car.

He's hooking me up with F/R rotors, pads and sensors for my Benz for half the price that they're charging me at the dealership. And that's shipped.

Quality stuff (I know, since the stuff in my 6th gen came from him ), shipped FAST and cheaper than any local source. Obviously highly recommended!
