I look forward to meeting you too Sam! It was a pleasure doing business with you, and the fact that you gave me every phone number, email, and other way of contacting you possible, I have no reason to disbelieve anything you said! Sam is a great guy as well, and If you ever want some new lighting for your max, he's your man!

I can honestly say that the two things that makes for the best deals with another org member are Honesty, and communication. If you are open and honest with one another, and keep a fast, open line of communication, there really isnt much that can go wrong!

Thanks for the feedback thread man, it's much appreciated!

97blackSE....bad seller!

I paid him for some BOSE speakers about 3 weeks ago. I still don't have them. I sent him a PM and email...got no answer. And all this for only $130. Definitley DO NOT recommend him!

I am having some doubts about him as well. Payment was sent over 2 weeks ago with nothing. Now he seems to be ignoring my IM's and such.

Not nice...

I know him personally & I really don't think that he's that kind of guy...other members also know him, including "meccanoble" . . .
I haven't seen him online so maybe he's on vacation or something....
I have sent him an e-mail (not .org specific) over 2 weeks ago & he still hasn't responded to it...

He'll come through, I wouldn't worry about it.

I really would just like my money back. Another 24 hours... still nothing.

All these people that stood up for this dude. Where is he? How come he doesn't respond to this thread, and more importantly why doesn't he send out the stuff he was paid for, or contact his customers.

He has stopped signing on AIM with his GBMaxSE ID, but I still see him signing on AIM with his other ID.

i've been talking to him for a while on aim and a few times on the phone cuz he sold me some parts. nice guy and i'm sure if he hasn't responded or sent you something, there has to be a reason for it and he'll rectify the situation asap. he won't scam you because too many people on the org know him, sux that it's taken long but i'm sure he'll explain. i haven't seen him online lately so maybe something's up in his life keeping him from coming on. i'll try to talk to him cuz like i said, i had good transactions with him and know he wouldn't intentionally screw people on the org.

goodluck guys and i'll see if i can help at all.

Cumalot, Delio, I'm so sorry.
As many have said I really am a good guy.
Consider this my formal apology, I basically got kicked out of my house, had my parents threated 4986527346982745 times to take your stuff to the dump cuz it was in their way, I just had my car break down, among having to deal with a divorce.
Your items will all ship as of monday, and I would really like to apologize. It was never my intention to screw any of you guys around. its all packaged and ready to go. If you have further doubts, my cell phone is 860-309-5057, you can call me to yell at me or what not, I will pick up. Again so sorry, You will have your merchandise soon, and if there is anything else i have you may need, its yours for free.
Thank you and sorry again
Kyle

Kyle, if you don't have the time to ship my stuff just a simple refund will do. If life is crazy, then we understand because we have all been through that. Anyways, I hope things work out. I am sorry to hear you have been having such a tough time of it.

It sux to see this sh*t happen... I was actually in midst of buying a Bose HU off him - I was minutes away from sending him the money (via PayPal) - but then decided to ask him one more question..and sure enough, no reponse...and its been over a week... so I don't know what his story is...

Deezo does it make sense to ban him (at least for a little while longer) - in case he does want to come back and make amends (i.e. so that he can still contact members that he has open business with?) - Can mods tell if a user is logging in/posting on any of the forums?

REFUND MY MONEY....
Dude, don't feel sorry for me. . . I don't have a problem with him . . . YES he should give the money back by now. . . but no need to feel sorry for me. . .
and honestly, i don't think he's up to anything... kid got thrown out of his house, the money you sent him is long gone by now & he probably doesn't even have money to even ship the items...

well if he did get thrown out of his house, and he doesn't have money, why would he post here saying the stuff would be shipped ASAP. His best bet would have been to contact those that had sent money, explained the situation, the REAL situation, and the real outcome? If things were so bad why was he negotiating a deal with NJMODI a week ago for a Bose HU? I don't know the deal, what I do know is he screwed me, screwed others and made alot of people here that stood up for him look bad, as well. As someone that stood up for a dude in the past that had ripped someone off, when I didn't realize the guy for the scumbag he was, I know how I felt when I posted in the thread "he's a good guy, he'll come through for you, something must have gone wrong, he'll clear it up"

I didn't lose much in the deal, what I lost was a part that I badly needed, and passed on a couple of opportunities to buy the part because I thought it was on it's way from Kyle. That sucks. It is not a part I could even buy in the dealer.

**UPDATE**
Responds to me on IM and says it was shipped last week. I should have gotten it by now. And then some. No tracking info. Claims that Cumalot's and Spiff's stuff was shipped. Cumalot...Spiff...anything yet?

Shipped? I still don't have a damn thing. It's not really about the money(only $130)or even the product(BOSE speakers). Just hate to get screwed around like this.

Tino... it wouldn't surprise me if he was full o **** but let someone higher up than me deal with him.

I am not going to go on a manhunt for a dude for a few bucks. If I ever go to a meet and catch him, it's all over. That is for sure.

well, hes acting more like a child than a adult about it, hes online with his away message, saying his dad took his keyboard and mouse?????? sounds like a lil punk who just doesnt want to give people their merchandise or money back, and whatever you spent delio, that doesnt matter, there is principle, and in the beginning of this thread of his, he talks about it. Sounds like a a hypocrite to me, and needs to grow up a lil, but when i hear from someone that they saw him and he was with buddies, and having a good time on someone elses money that really ticks me off, cuz i was close to getting something from him
i just hope u guys get your money back
