BUYER BEWARE of 4dsc96se

I bought a bumper from 4dsc96se and it has been a nightmare ever since. Not only did she inform me that shipping would cost $160 the next day, but she charged me her PayPal fees and then reversed her partial refund to me after I complained. She then posts and emails me threats and profanities to pull my org posts in order to get my refund. After all is said and done she still charges me her PayPal fees.

Please make your own judgement, but it's obvious to me that this seller does not know how to use PayPal and is very difficult to deal with. Even when she made an error she expected me to pay for her mistake.

Beware: Withheld Info About Product

Posted foglights for sale: In out communication via e-mail to my questions about foglight's condition never mentioned:
1. Glass lense is cracked.
2. Housing of other foglight is badly damaged.
3. Mounting bracket is badly bent.

In fact, told me the opposite, that they are fine. If I knew of any damage foglights had abobe, I would never buy them. BTW, close up pics were taken at an angle than none of these could be seen.

My E-mail to 4dsc96se, also known as Mike or Sadia Ali.

"Hi Ali,

I was just preparing to install foglights on my car and upon closer inspection I noticed that there is bad damage to the foglights (One has housing damaged and another has glass cracked). First I gave you benefit of the doubt believing that package was damaged, however I found no pieces of plastic housing inside the box. That led me to believe foglights were damaged before the shipment and you withheld that information from me. Also the glass lense on the other headlight is cracked as well. When I asked you in one of the e-mails if lense was cracked or there was any other damage to the foglights, your answer was "they dont have any cracks or chips".

I greatly doubt you would have courtesy to take them back and return my money. Anyways, I am pretty pissed off and will post a negative feedback about you on the Maxima.org forum. If you decide still to take them back, I will bring my appologies and withdraw the complaint.

Sincerely,

Vlad"
