Tyrexx is trying to scam me...not giving refund
Won't answer his pm's that I sent him...Basically he sold me a fog light for my 95 max but the wrong side... He sent me the driver side, I needed the passenger...
I told him I wanted a refund, he said sure gave me his shipping address and I sent it back, it arrived on the 2nd, I have tracking and he won't answer pm's or pay me.

I sent you the refund today (Monday 11/7) just like I said I was going to in PMs.
Here's the time frames we're dealing with:
He pays, the next day or two I ship the light. He has the light for a couple days then asks if it's the wrong year fog light becasue it's not fitting properly. I assured him the fog light was in fact a 95 by showing multiple pictures of it next to the different style 97 fog light. A few weeks goes by and I thought he got it to work. He asks if it might be for the wrong side, so I look back at all my car pictures and see it is the incorrect side. He says he's going to try and sell it. A few weeks go by and he tells me he can't sell it and wants a refund. I say OK sent the light back and I'll refund you. 2-3 weeks later (11/3) he tells me it was here on the second. OK maybe it was, I just moved out and my confirmed paypal address is my Dad's house, I don't go there everyday. The first chance I get I go pick up the fog light from my Dad's house Friday night after work. I see it's still in good condition so yeah a refund is fine. I don't keep money in my "paypal" checking account so I need to transfer $45 so I can make the payment. I tell him I'll send the payment (Monday 11/7) Which I just did.
Paypal fraud complaint he filed after not getting a refund after 3 days.

Scott: I really am sorry for the confusion, I truely thought I had the passenger side while I really had the driver side. I'm sorry it took a couple days to sent the refund, like I already said, I had work and other things going on, I got the money in the account as soon as I could and I sent the refund as soon as I could.
