Its been almost 2 months since i've last contacted corey with him saying that I should wait a couple of weeks for the FTSB to come in from paradox system.. Still havent recieved any phone calls from him and i've written at least 1 email each week to find out the status.
geez i figured that with his new shop and all and new customer service reps; i wouldnt have to run into this problem again as i had did 3 months ago when it litterally took me 2 1/2 months to get a set of springs and shocks.
Corey: Whats going on? How do you keep doing this customers? I seriously must be one of your problematic customers; but common lets get this resolved!

I do remember talking to you about this before but I thought the last thing was you spoke with Paradox directly about ordering a bar from him when he told you they were not in stock for your car and when he got them in the order would be taken care of, but alsoI never saw any emails from you about this recently and thought it was resolved. I no longer handle the direct customer service issues. If you call Chunie at the shop he could help you with the issue. He would know any order issues better than I would at this point.
Again just as before, this is an issue of the manufacturer not having the part yet. However I will call Harry again tomorrow just to check to see if he has it back in stock. Chuinie will have the info for you by the afternoon.
Just call and it will be taken care of.

well damm, do i feel stupid as hell everytime i make a complaint to corey and the redline team. My appologies to corey! thanks for the fast response on this issue; it just didnt seem like i was getting anywhere by emailing you guys all the time and not getting a response; or perhaps you weren't getting the emails at all?...however i will have to call you next week to confirm the order to my credit card for the FSTB. I'm out on a business trip till next week.
