I had a deal with a member and things didn't work out as planned. I gladly refunded this member his money without hesitation, even before he has sent me the item back.

I must note that the communication prior and during the refund was great. I believe this member to be a good guy. I am sure he has gotten busy, but this seems to be a bit much.

I have called him many times with no return phone call. I have sent him many PM's and only have recieved one back.

I don't know what to do without taking legal actions.

If you are reading this please just give me a call with the tracking number and everything will be good, but this needs this to happen this week.
