Bad Experience; PandaXpress... Stay away..

Long story short...

Bought a motherboard early july, didn't get to install it until late july..

found out motherboard was dead...i looked for a solution by going halves on a replacement motherboard. He refused too...shows you how much he stands behind his items...

Bought a brand new motherboard from ebay and it worked so much better than his pos...

Do yourself a favor, if it requires batteries or any form of electronics and you can't install it 5 mins after you get it...STAY AWAY...

Long story short..

1. You had it for almost 1 month and all of a sudden tell me it died...MAYBE you installed it wrong, MAYBE you spilled something on it...MAYBE you dusted it with the wrong kind of duster and instead of air sprayed liquid onto the motherboard...just MAYBE..I have alot of positive feedback and I wouldnt go ripping people off after ALL this time..
2. You on the other hand..tell me I NEED to go halves with you..as if I get my parts back?
3. Motherboard was Brand New
4. You somehow NOW know how to send PM's and post threads but instead earlier decided to file a complaint with PAYPAL, tell me I HAVE to go halves with you, and escalate the complaint to a claim, leaving me to resolve this issue with PAYPAL.
5. You had no intention of shipping the parts back and expected me to shell out more money.
6. Paypal refused your claim because they agreed with my defense and now you are pissy about it.

Long story short...next time contact me before filing a complaint with PAYPAL so we can work out all the details. Before you filed the complaint I wanted to agree that you send me the parts back..and I will go halves + shipping...BUT since you went ahead and did that without contacting me on MAXIMA.ORG or somethign of that matter, I decided not to work with you because you were just jumping at a chance to bash me.

I've talked to panda before and I know he is a good guy. What you have done is just straight bull****. Sorry but I don't think panda has to deal **** to you no more.

I know Panda as well and he wouldn't rip someone off just for the hell of it.

Installed it wrong, yeah sure...i work with multiple router racks on a daily basis...last thing I can't do is install a motherboard..

Because of this forum's policy I couldn't send PMs...but listed multiple times in the original thread hoping to get your attention. I had no problem keeping the parts...and just paying the difference on a new motherboard.

Yeah sure...paypal does so well when it comes to complaints...find out how many people are after that guy Ronnie...

I did try and contact you...even starting a dispute to work everything out with you through paypal...before escalading it through paypal.

Doesn't matter anymore I purchased a working motherboard...don't let my 22 posts reflect who I am. Wasn't trying to scam you...i still say I got a good deal on the parts, I just wasn't looking to eat the cost of a new motherboard. I tried my best to find a cheap replacement motherboard...even paying for the shipping of the new motherboard I would have been happy.

That is all...

I know Mavster, good person, not a scammer.

Looks like this turned out to be a big misunderstanding. Both parties would have resolved amicably but there were things outside of your control that didn't allow it to happen.

You guys still have a chance to salgave your transaction. I know its been a while, but you're both good guys, and smart people. Lets come to some kind of resolution.

I'm not going to pass any judgement here, but if you were not able to PM him on the org, why not just send him an email?

Since you paid via paypal, you should have his email addy
