Be careful dealign with Hammy

Well i made some tail lights for Mr Hamlet. Everything went great . Then about a week after he came and picked them up he canceled payment for a sum of 240 plus paypal fees. It has been a month and he said that he will resend the money. I have not heard from him in 2 weeks and still no money. I am not upset but this is stopping me from doing other things that i need to do. So hammy if you can please take care of this matter.

Part was cash and the rest was paypal. I mean he waited till after he got them to cancel which is real messed up. I didnt think you could do that. But i guess we learn something everyday.

I had the same exact thing happen about two weeks ago. He sent the money for a single din pocket and two weeks later the payment was voided through paypal.

However, he was very quick in replying and even gave me his telephone number to contact him at. He sent out a Western Union money order in less than a week. He held his end with my transaction...sorry it hasn't been working out the same for you.

Since it's not the first time Hammy pulled the whole "get item cancel payment" loop hole with paypal I suggest no one on the forums buy from him ever again.

See his: "For Sale: Pioneer AVIC D1 - $400 PM Me" under his sig?
Let him have an extra pioneer product for as long as it's not sold here.

I absolutely hate people who try to get out of paying and end up wasting everyone's time. Tries to get away with the money but gets pursued and ends up coughing up the money he was supposed to pay in the first place. I hope this doesn't escalate
to what happened between Anthony, Justin, and Dean. Why? You will lose, Hammy. Thinking you got away = moronic on your part. (Directed towards Hammy).

Here is another member (same thread) that was almost scammed out of money by Mr. Hammy.

Thought Hammy was an honest guy from the posts and what not I've read but I guess when it comes to money he's a sleezy *******.

Well i sent a text and let him know that i forwarded everything over to the fbi for internet crimes http://www.ic3.gov/ he sent a text back fast and said that he sent it out saturday and made copies. That is fine that he made copies who cares. If i never receive it the copies mean nothing. But its only been 2 more days on top of a month so we will see.

Im not threating him just making him aware of whats going on. Plus it makes it better when they send you texts saying o ima pay ima pay now you have evidnece of the debt. Its even better when they say how much it is have that also. If everything goes smooth there will be no need to escalate the complaint but it is filed and ready to go.

dude, i'd be so pissed if he said that to me if i were in your situation.
just because i don't answer?
as a common courtesy, you need to answer so that you don't leave the other person in the dark wondering what the hell is going on. stupid ****. i really do detest this sort of crap that people pull and i'm truly sympathetic to you kzoosho

I'm glad it's getting resolved, man. How long since you last contacted him?
Kudos for taking necessary steps and getting a response out of him. I like how he assumes you know what he's doing by keeping you in the dark, lol.

Let us all know when/if you get your money back.
