alex v screwed me

so i got a long block rwd vq35 from work and i was going to take some parts off it, but alex had messaged me about the engine. so i agreed to sell it to him for $350. several weeks went by then we planned on him pickin up the engine on a sunday. he drove out and we put the engine in the car. and he said he misteriously didnt have his paycheck so he could give me $100. i wasnt happy but i needed the engine gone from my apt. so i agree that he would pp me the money on mon. well time kept passing and the excuses piled up. no money and he got the engine in mid feb.

if you are going to post and say i shouldnt have let the engine go without getting the money, dont post. that was the only day we were both free and i needed the engine gone or i was going to be evicted.

I understand if he took a box of chocolates but this is an engine we're talking about. Do you know where he lives? Which city? You should report it to the proper authorites and they'll give him a ring and leave him a message concerning the issue.

Have you heard anything from him? Try to give him a call a few more times today.

If he doesn't answer or call back I suggest you report it to the authorities at this point. Give them his name and his phone number and the circumstances on which you're claiming theft. I'm pretty sure they can figure out where he lives from that and give him a ring.

*edit
What's his SN? I'll try to contact him for you and explain that you will be taking this to the authorities if he doesn't have intentions of paying you or returning the engine.

Although we'd like to believe people just "happen" to miss our calls. Or they get "busy" at work and can't sign online and email us back. But the fact of the matter is I'm sure when he was interested in buying the block from you he <alex> would respond to your calls/emails with urgency.

The dudes deff avoiding you and trying to SKATE on paying you. Forgot his check my !@#$%^&*. Call the cops call the moderators call anyone that'll listen the guys a thief, CALL HIM OUT ON IT.

F.y.I if you didn't get a receipt of some sort the day of transaction, it is now his word agaisnt yours. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT in court.

I like how he says that the spare cash he has goes to you. Who does this guy think he is? He should give you the rest of the money before planning to do his worthless 5spd. He's probably going to have someone do the labor and forget to pay him or some bull**** like that.

Sorry to just pop out of space! Busy with work and everything.
I HAVE STILL YET TO RECEIVE ANY KIND OF PAYMENT!
To top it all off he claimed he would pay me back with his FIRST paycheck from the tire shop he works at. He stated this back in December of 07. It is going on a year of no payment. If you look back on that thread date the tranny was destroyed 4-22-07. That is one WHOLE YEAR! I mean how hard is it to work for some fast-food place and make quick cash? Last time I heard he was purchasing parts for his 240sx. Where did he get the money? Fact is I got screwed and will never see a dime from that thief.
