Uh no. I haven't seen squat diddly confirmed until the Op chimes in as resolved or I see a usps confirmation number and the OP chimes in as resolved. This thread will be dealt with when I see fit or the OP asks me to deal with it.

Thanks Admin

The buyer didn't receive what he paid for.

Bought = fender.
Received = busted twisted metal.

A record of shipment doesn't change that.

stop posting things that dont belong in this thread, that was not my fault, UPS packaged it and they damaged it. the Buyer did not purchase insurance.

Wont there be a record of the transaction on paypal where you said the shipping label was printed from? Or was it ebay that the label was printed from. Either way..have you checked there for all the info. If you can find a tracking number off of that..you know where the package is.

From now on just include that in ur price of shipping, since it seems to be such a big deal to just pay for it urself. Delievery conformation too. THIS way we dont have to see these dumbazz threads anymore. these are seriously the basics of business and is not that hard to practice, like i said before, u need to up ur hustle.

I always do a few things when I ship things out, make 110% if they pay via paypal that its their same verified address, if in the states, I also send package with Return Receipt, and tracking, which is my insurance in case buyer claims they didn't receive anything but i have a slip with their signature in my possession. Sending overseas might get a lil complicated but there are still way of tracking a package. Goodluck and solve this thing already!

sidenote: I haven't seen this much action on the org in a long time lol

No. Look in the paypal account. The track info is in there for alot longer than this transaction. I can pull a USPS tracking number from March 2009.

Great that i2vicious finally straightened his back and started taking this like he should have done from the very beginning. +1 for that. So,paypal shows that the shipping has been sent,has shown all the time. But read the first post about the answer I got from USPS. So someone has indeed screwed me. USPS or i2. No one can be sure if there was a thief in USPS who took the package before shipping. But the point however is,now as i2 has starten to take actions and started replying here with bit more class,I hope this is going to be solved. As it is easier for him to go to the local USPS I hope he now really goes. I do not speak that good English that I could call there,and if someone doesnt pay me few thousand$$ for the flight,then there is no way for me.

One could always offer to pay half the cost of the item now, wait until its received then pay the other half. Of course if the seller is a b|tch and doesn't ship it still hurts, just not as much as paying for the item in full.

When you pay to ship an item, please please please HOLD ALL paperwork generated until the buyer is holding the item (free of shipping damage) and do type an email to the buy (Item shipped via BLANK and here's a transaction ID #).

I know this is off topic but I post in hopes it'll help someone.

Secondly, in response to i2vicious2, please do not get defensive with me until you check your facts. I made the statement "Hope I did not ruin anyone's morning" to poke fun at all the people reading and replying to this thread for the humor value because my post wasn't humorous at all.

It is not surprising that Finland police would reply to contact "The other police agency" as that is common with certain government agencies. They love to point the blame on someone else, that person points back to the first person. Rinse and repeat.

I can honestly part with a little wisdom from things I have seen.

Don't reply to nonsense posts. Only reply to the buyer to address concerns. Why do you think restaurants take back an order to re-make it if the customer isn't happy? I understand during the time, people love to respond negatively and essentially flame or troll but in no way is that constructive toward approaching a mutually beneficial solution (for buyer and seller).

Carrying on from item 1, as to others who feel the need to post insults directed toward the seller, just know you have the right to offer an opinion on the matter only (subjected to Moderator/Admin review and/or removal). Personal attacks of character just isn't cool, this includes name calling.

This is my opinion

I can man up as well. I've been talking to sho_off and grand_hustle through pm's. I was out of line with most of my comments and let this thread get the best of me. Props to i2vicious2 for finally dealing with this like an adult. I took a lot of the things he said personally, as I should have.

Glad to see the issues at hand are being worked out. I've also gone through and deleted all of my posts. G'luck to everyone.

The next post into this thread will be a tracking number that I can research. If I have to wade though a bunch of bs posts to delete before this happens, I won't be particuarly filled with joy about it.

Here is the number: CQ 002 899 122 US
Problem is it wont tell you anything,it never has. USPS tracking just says something about electronic shipping info received. So the shipping has been bought but the package never went to mail stream so there is no actions for the package,as I stated in the beginning of this thread.

It took 3 months to go from MD to a NJ international shipping center??

i2vicious2...when did you actually drop off the item for shipping?

I'd assume someone might have got off their **** and used the original usps label and shipped it.

Won't know WHAT he shipped until it gets to Finland.

But at this point, I'd call it progress.

I'd like to have PICTURES of the items in the box but probably too late for that now.

hmm. This looks promising. We'll wait and see. Id like to highlight the point from pic: MARCH 9,2010. I think it this way: They package was really left like i2 said,and there was either something missing or it was forgotten to some dusty corner at the post office,or i2 just shipped it now...Well,at least something has happened.

Pretty mad.....mostly because it would be some long boring days at work without the .org.

And also because technically, my posts were never the "next post" that you specified must be a tracking number.....so, I didnt disobey what you said.

Hopefully.......

But back on topic, and the last post in this thread from me, it sounds like some progress is being made. Hopefully antti gets what he paid for. Props to everyone who helped get this sorted out......especially Jeff
