Just wanted it to point out that I said it earlier. The OP can get his money back, its not hard, just takes initiative to do it...I know thats how one other person scammed by this ******* got his money back. The response was interesting to say the least.

Actually, I remember reading through that thread.

If I remember correctly, vicious was NOT happy when buyer got his money back..

Speaking of buyer...where has he been?

He appears from time to time...still has a damaged bumper on the car and still a badly dented fender from his accident.

But he kind has lost interest in modding the car I guess...he finally got a job and goes to school. But we still talk alot since I moved out of FL.

Are you talking about MOHFPro?

I meant the buyer that started this thread. He seems to have lost interest in getting his $500 back. I don't think there's been a peep out of him in a day or so.

That seems to be the crux of the problem, the seller thinks since something was shipped, he's done, but of course, he isn't.
The buyer has to receive what he paid for.

the thread is funny.

Even trying to man up and talk to this guy doesnt work it seems. If i had the money to spare to pay for shipping and gas, im on spring break right now, i would drive up to MD go pick up the part and ship it myself, but if i had money like that i wouldnt be driving a maxima now would I?

Hope you included an abridged version of this thread which pretty much proves he ripped you off.

It will take between 30-60 days to get the money back

Yeah, good to see you still in the loop. I guess all your posts got lost amongst the cluster**** that's ensued the last three or four days.

Hopefully your credit card will company pull the payment. Even if it means losing your Paypal account, you still got your $500 back, right?

I have no idea about that. I think the cc-company wont give me money back as it has been too long since the payment. But hoping for the best, just sent a form to them and we'll see what happens. I really dont care if I lose the paypal account, there are many better ways to pay. And I feel a little angry for paypal too as they have that 45-day refund limit. It is often not even possible to get the package in 45 days. I once ordered y-pipe for maxima and it took almost three months. But that was because I took the most cheapest shipping method.

We all should petition Paypal to increase the time given to report or file a dispute on a paypal transaction. Buyer pays for something from a seller and the buyer is patient but at the cost of losing the dispute option.

Paypal, it's what all the scammers prefer these days.

No, I'm pretty sure if you just tell your cc company you got screwed, give them proof, and then explain your story, they'll give you the money regardless of how long it's been. Even if Paypal won't. As far as the cc company is concerned, Paypal took your money and just doesn't want to give it back.

Being serious, it's all fun and games to mess with photos that sort of thing but this makes me sad.

For one, that the seller i2Vicious2 would jerk around another person and two that the seller should have been more cautious and filed the dispute with paypal a day before the 45 day period would expire.

This is the Internet people; there is no excuse to be a jerk simply because you interact with a keyboard instead of spoken word (not considering dictating into a microphone to convert to typed words).

Why has nobody suggest antti call the local police in i2Vicious2's community and inform them of the botched sale of an item? This is clearly fraud since an item was being sold and payment was taken but no item was shipped or any proof/evidence that the item was shipped. Telling a judge you gave the package/item to USPS will not stand unless you have proof.

Edit: I called Maryland State Police and was told the Buyer has to file a report with the law enforcement agency where he lives. Never give up!

I just joined from another forum. It is all over the internet the ignorance of the sellers "gangster gonna kill attitude" Has gained attention with people I guess he should'nt have

Okay before I begin I work for an I.T. company for the government and his I.P. has been deduced to his physical mailing address.. Threats on another human being are being taken seriously since the recent terror events. Taken from his posts this guy (isn't that smart) lol I am sorry to kryspy kreme guy. You and your family should be expecting a visit from an official from my office. I am sorry but I gave you a heads up to make this situation complete..

It is official you have 30 days from this date to have your house raided and searched for crimes against this country and it's citizens.

From March 5 2010 get ready!

Or remove threats and retail matters with the current dispute claim it is up to you..

YOU HAVE 30 DAYS.
