Okay, i ordered my 4th gen intake on 8/10, still not here yet. I am starting to get ****ed. I would understand if steve would send emails about the current status, but he doesnt. Where is my friggin intake??!?!?!!?

 

Dude, your asking for trouble with all this attitude. I suggest that you keep cool and handle this in a decent manner. There are threads all over the place about Frankencar being tied up and even people saying they've recieved the intakes this week. Getting upset and angry is not going to help the issue and Steve is not trying to run off with your money.

 

I am not trashing the company at all, i just want to know when my intake is coming.

I just want you to keep cool about this. I've been robbed by Roadbeat/Supai on this board and it was for a lot more money. Just keep cool so your threads don't get locked down.

 

I got an e-mail from Steve this morning about my order (4th gen. intake, placed on 12 Aug.), and he said there is a batch of 10 (mine included) being shipped out this Saturday by 2-day air.

 

I am not trying to send the wrong message here, i just wished there was a way for me to not be kept in the dark about my order. I am sure steve knows what he is doing i just wished he could email me back

 

I talked to Steve Saturday because I was going to buy another filter from him and told me that he's been working hard to get everyones order out soon as ke could. If I had the time I'd help him make the intakes and get them out for free. He put 75 intakes together and I believe he is ready to ship as soon as he can. It's tough when you sell a good product, have a very high demand and only 2 employees.

 

the fastest way to get an update is to call the office. 4th gen intakes are still not in from the powdercoating company, but should be in some time this week. expect your intake next week.

it does no good to call people out and demand things in a public forum. I was and still am very anxious to get my intake and I have been waiting longer than you. however, I have always been respectful to steve and the company and have also posted as a service to let people know when the intakes will ship and to give them an idea of how long it will take to receive theirs.
