It's not like I will never do business with them again, but they sent me the wrong PCV valve! It was labeled PCV388 on the box, but PCV202 on the UPC label (also on the box). It was almost like "we don't have the part, but here's another similar part which we'll slap the part number sticker on to trick you."

My mechanic told me the part didn't fit my car (stock PCV valve was still good anyways), so I just gave him the part.

I hope Carparts.com doesn't make anymore mistakes on my orders.

I hear ya!

I ordered something very simple, set of front and rear brake pads. They sent me an email saying "your order is confirmed" blah blah blah... Then a few days later they sent me an email saying that the rear pads are not available and they are out of stock, but they allready did me a favor and replaced them with something similar. Only problem is that those idiots put in a set of equally priced pads, which were way less in quality, instead of semi-metallic pads I ordered, they put in a set of Organic pads, which suck ***. When I emailed them back, saying WTF? I never said I wanted you to replace them with those POS's they said they allready sent my order.... Anyways, this could all have been avoided if I have had ordered from someone else. It took over a week and a half for the pads to come in.
Those guys need to get their **** together.
