Just thought I'd relate a positive dealer experience here for a change

Had my car in to diagnose a long-running front-end vibrational pbm that my old car shop (Valley Forge Auto, Phoenixville, PA) could not fix due to their apparent incompetence (see my thread in the 4th gen forum for all the gory details).

Had a 4-wheel alignment, balancing, and rotation done for about $120 (yeah, expensive) that also included a full brake check, and my car now drives with no shimmy/vibration at all. While more costly than an independent, I was happy to finally have someone figure out what the other shop seemed incapable of or unwilling to do. Plus they provided a shuttle to drop me off at work. Didn't wash the car upon return, guess that would be too much service, but hey, all in all, a good experience.

BTW, I would avoid Valley Forge Auto in Phoenixville, PA at all costs. I have a list as long as my arm of crap they've pulled over the past couple of years.

Just my $0.02.
