Nissan Mechanices get too sooped...

today i go for an oil change and i ask them if they would install my straight pipe, just to get a quick laugh and they started throwing all these BS problems i would get if i put it on...i just laughed and knodded... (put straight pipe on later today and NO PROBLEMS)

then i give them keys and 3 minutes later i hear my car start from afar while sitting in visiting room, and i hear some fool freaking revving my car like hell, not just once or twice but continuously, i wanted to go out there and tell them to calm down with my ish but i said, let them have their fun, its not on a daily basis they get to work on a car that's a little different than average....

dam noobs

Nissan doesn't make ferrari's ? j/k, yeah ppl told me that when i put on my straight pipe the comp would throw codes (bullish) there is a connector that goes to your cat, but to where i don't know. I have a straight pipe in now for 2 months and not a single code. I don't even know what that connect was for, now it just dangles there (its tied down of course). Can't say i felt any gains, but i'm sure it gave me at least .500000001 HP

I know why my car is special. You know why your car is special. And i'm sure his car is special to him. But that doesn't really matter. The point is he didn't like it when the noob mechanic that has never heard a s-pipe before started playin with his car.

exactly

and as far as my car being special, i mean compared to the average maxiam you find on their lot. obviously my car is like a pin in a bag of hay if i compare it to all the maxima's here...

hmmm any car can be special to the owner... so thats why a dealer and the techs should treat them with respect

and... even your RB26DETT isnt much more than a Maxima... if anything its worth the same

hmmm yea I know... dont flame... I'm planning to pick up an R33 GTR soon (in a year or so) so yea... and I will be getting it for just a bit more than the Maxima- I'm just dealing with 3 cars right now... no need for a 4th until i take care of the lil 3rd car problem

Skylines arent as special as people make them sound... its just another car not very quick either... but it has potential
