Custommaxima.com service......

im having a slight problem with custommaxima.com's service. I ordered a pair of polarg 194 wedge bulbs almost 3 and a half weeks ago and they still havent arrived. i recieved confirmation that they got my payment and everything.....so whats the deal??? anyone else have problems with custommaxima.com??? im gonna have to order about 2 more pairs of these bulbs really soon because i just ordered rear clears and im putting them in the courtesy lights inside too. i have emailed them twice and got no response....anywayz...i think ill order the rest of my polarg bulbs from ebay...i think i saw some for $6 plus $4 shipping...better than the $7 plus $7 shipping that custommaxima.com offers.

Try contacting Greg through the .org. Worked for me when I had a question. I believe his .org name is CustomMaxima. You can search for it. Also, call them. They've been great to me on the phone in the past. Hope this helps.

I haven't heard of Greg scamming ppl. I'm not a fan of custommaxima but he has a good rep here on the org. Your item was probably lost in the mail. Your best bet is to email or PM him.
Next time you want lights, go to a local performance store.. You'll probably spend a few extra dollars but it's much more convenient..

Did you receive a shipping notification, or only a payment received notification. They send two separate e-mails. Your item might be on backorder.

thanks for that piece of info!! i only recieved a payment notification...didnt get another one...so im guessing my item is on backorder??

I know that greg has done alot for the maxima scene. The only thing I bought from him was the PR CAI and I waited about 1.5 months with no responce to get it. I finally cancelled it, I think that they were awaiting shipment of more, but it would be nice to email me back with the problem.

Custom Maxima FINALLY replied to my emails...my order is on the way as of Friday...if they ever reply to your emails then their service is pretty good...although it takes 4ever to get what u ordered. when i placed this order i only needed one pair of bulbs for my front clears but its been so long im gonna have to order 2 more sets from them now since i have my rear clears and im adding them to the courtesy lights inside....unless someone else is selling the PolarG M4s cheaper than Custom Maxima??.....

No problem...i just figured my order was on back order or somethin...Custom Maxima service is good in my book, im just having all kinds of troubles getting the stuff i ordered, i mean ive ordered all kind of stuff and NOTHING is here YET. damn postal service..... and thanks greg for your cooperation and its been great doing business with you, i will be placing another order shortly...just not sure what i want to order yet just asking but when are the headers for the 5th gens coming out?? and when can we see the project max!! ive heard of OBX headers and y-pipe for the 5th gens...whats the deal on this??? is this for real or what??

OBX keeps giving their dealers the run around so we decided that it is better off to take it off our site so we do not keep looking like the bad guys.

I've been having hella problems with a recent order of custommaxima.com. I ordered a Anniversary edition three weeks ago. Kept emailin them to see what happened until about a week later saying its on back order and it would be by the end of that week that it would be in stock and shipped immediately. The week went by and still no word. Emailed again, and no response, so I just wanted to cancel it cuz it was three weeks and I sent another email. I asked for a discount or next day shipping cuz it took too long. Had no response until a few days ago, they email me shipping confirmation. The service to me has gotten slower and crappier when I order from them.

I had already order the anniversary shift **** and a copy of the new Run DVD from Courtesy Nissan Parts like a day before Custommaxima sends the UPS tracking info, and this was this past weekend and it arrived today, but I still havent received the Custommaxima order which I ordered from Jan 10. It says it will be at my house tomm but thats a little less than a month just to ship a shift ****. that's ridiculous.
