Just got to put the Max in the shop before it's final sell in a month....well just had the tranny rebuilt in July and noticed problems with hi reving in normal driving conditions. Called the shop and told him I was in Indy and what the car was doing and he said if it's close to drivalbe bring it in..........well as you all know we had the big storm here in the midwest (Chicago area) so know was the best time to take it in......well to make a long story short he said the car 2 gear was fried and that came from getting stuck in the snow....but how weird is it for him to not uphold the warranty 12k mi/12mo, and I also noted that the car was park the whole time, and the snowy mud is from the car being snowed in. But how unusual is a tranny to get fried from normal driving to a completly stock max............(slushbox of course)
