Good and Bad dealership in Tampa

Courtesy nissan on dale mabry is good.
Ferman nissan on florida sucks .

I have 36,200 miles, and i needed a new power steering pulley. Ferman first said I have no extended warranty, then after showing them that I do I bought from nissan, they said this is not covered. How can replacing a defective pulley not be covered under warranty???

Courtesy took my car with no problems no questions at all. They even tried to work it into my original factory warranty since i had reported the problem b4 i hit 36k miles, which is great since it saves me $50 in the extended warranty deductible.

Phat2: Know any good performance shops that can install a y-pipe on my 99 Maxima SE. Thanks.
