Why tire rack gets my business.....

A few weeks ago one of my center cap on my 17" ASA ka3 wheels feel off somehow.
Called TireRack, where I bought the wheels, to see about buying a new one.
Penny, the customer service rep, did not ask any quesions and is shipping me one overnight for free, not even a shipping charge. Wow!!

TireRack is the ****!!!!!

I have emailed them once and another time directly to the rep they had assigned me to but I have haven't received a response in 2 weeks! Can I get your rep's email? I'm assuming it's Penny@tirerack.com ?

Thanks! i'm also looking for a centercap replacement but I'm not sure if they carry them in stock so i'd like to find out.

Ive heard so many good things about tirerack. Looks like tirerack has learned what customers want: good selection and good service. If I ever need new rims / tires they will be the first place I look.

Yep

that's why i've purchased 3 sets of tires from them already and will only buy tires there in the future.

Customer service is excellent, shipping is FAST, prices can't be beat.

that's all you need

and i've gotten quotes from nearly all tire places in my area prior to going the tirerack route.. in hopes of saving $ on shipping and mounting and balancing...

but even with shipping.. they are far cheaper.

When I bought some A2s, I bought through their website and a rep called me to verify I got the correct size for my OEM rims. It wasn't a big deal, but it was cool that someone went so far as to look that up and check it.

I love the TireRack. Best prices out there on tires, and your order ships seemingly instantly. I ordered a full set of 225-50-16 Kumho Ecsta 711's for $56 apiece (cheap!) and they arrived 3 days later. Best price locally was $90 each. What a deal!

I've always heard great things about Tirerack. I had to buy a tire from them when I had my 17s because I got a flat. It was at my door in about 2 days.

It's also good to know because I'll be ordering almost $2000 in stuff from them within the next month (18" wheels and tires, springs).

I can't wait for Spring!

I also like all the information they have on their site about tire ratings, etc. I can spend an hour or so just learning.

Tirerack is good. When I ordered my wheels and tires from them. Ups decided to keep one of my wheels in their warehouse. When I received the three at home I called up tirerack and they sent out a replacement right away. I got the replacement two days later. The one ups decided to keep came a week after that. I sent that one back to the tirerack.

They get a big thumbs up from me.

Their headquarters in South Bend, IN is a pretty cool place.

Tire rack does so well because they do the little things. Just because of this little post about mike getting a free centercap, they are probably going to sell another 10 sets of tires or wheels this year... word gets around.

My friend's uncle owns the tirerack in South Bend. I'm gonna try and get a tour at that place when I get the time. I've heard nothing but good things for that place...

Yep, got my 18's with tires there, just over a grand. Couldn't touch that price 12 months ago with a 10-foot pole, maybe 18's are cheaper now. It's good when a co. that has been around a long time delivers on the service side. Too often you see cos like Stillen , so it's nice to see businesses like the Tire Rack.

I've purchased 3 sets of rims and tires plus ALL my suspension from the Tire Rack over the past 4 years and I couldn't be happier. Most people don't realize they also include lugs and hubcentric rings as part of any tire/wheel package you get. Most other places charge you $60-80 for that. I also like that TRUE 2-3 day Fed Ex shipping is available for a mere $2-3 higher than that "brown" crap shipping company.

I might pay $10 more for a set springs or struts, but I'll get those items in 2-3 day vs waiting months for a "group deal" to go through plus I also get the peace of mind that they're there for me and always willing to help if I've got a problem (never had one).
