Not Happy With Custom Maxima
ordered part from them and they quoted me a price...so i said i'd buy the part for that price. then when i received the email confirmation they said the sell price was higher than the agreed price. so i called them up and they said it must have been a glitch in the computer system and that i got stacked under papers so they wouldn't have known....to me, i don't care! glitch or not you MUST tell a customer that they're going to be charged more than they agreed...and i don't think they would have called me to tell me. i understand stuff happens but when you're dealing with a first time customer, myself, and money, you should check and recheck orders for accuracy to get return business. sorry to say but i'm ANTI-CUSTOM MAXIMA now.
before you rant, did you place the order online or over the phone?
even if you're are right in your assesment, did you ask specifically about getting some consideration for the mix up that was not your fault?
I know everyone makes mistakes, but it is how you react that can make the biggest impact on if you stew about it or move on and get past it...
good luck!
