What do you do when your scammed by a .org member?
What do you do when your scammed by a .org member?
I sent money 4/10/03 to trinity000 a donating .org member and he never sent me anything. He only responded to me twice and said he sent it out. Never heard anything from him and never got a tracking number. He doesn't respond to any attempts I've made to get my money back or a tracking number. This was for new h&r springs and kyb strut mounts. What do I do next?

I would do what jeff said and contact the moderators, though, since he is a fairly well-known member here. Someone might know him and can give him a call to see what is up. That has solved a lot of situations on here before.
I sent the money through paypal and its already 12 days. He told me last week he sent it and never responds to my email and never gave me a tracking number. The most it should take is 5 days for something to be sent. I guess I'll contact the moderators then. thanks everyone.
I would hunt him down and cut his **** off.
J/K.... I would continue to contact him via email. It is only a long time if he created the expectation it would be shipped sooner.
Most experienced sellers here will tell you what they will do and when they will do it. It is important when selling on the internet to follow through on promises, dates etc.
