budget Y pipe order
I ordered a Y pipe from budget 2 days ago using my credit card. My account has not been charged yet, is this normal for Budget? Do they wait until they ship to charge the card?

he didn't ask how long shipping takes!!!
they didn't take the money from my account till the day it was shipped.
