Warpspeed has definately improved!

Look at the box I got a few weeks ago:

Warpspeed is very quick about shipping and it seems they are getting more professional with their own decals and custom boxes.

I have only had good experiences with them and would not hesitiate to deal with them again!

Dallas is also great. He replied to my concerns about y-pipe fitment in a timely manner.

Thanks Warpspeed.

WARPSPEED RULES !
A few months ago when I ordered my Y-pipe I told them about their reputation on the .org and the lady promised me up and down she would get my Y-pipe there in an acceptable amount of time.

She made good, and better on her promise.

As for Dallas, I had a question at 3am that I emailed to him.... A few minutes later bing bong I have a reply. That is some serious dedication...

Now they just need to invite their website into the 21st century
www.warpspeedperformance.com

I am going to be ordering again from Warpspeed very soon...

they suck and I'll never buy from them again. My new carsound cat crapped out on me after 2.5 weeks and they don't even respond. Worst thing is that cat converters are nonrefundable. Also the welding is ****ty and the o2 hole was in the wrong place...

Actually you suck for not doing your homework before buying a carsound cat. Its not Warpspeed's fault unless they manufacture the cat.

Why even bother fishing for a responce from them if it isnt refundable?

What homework is there to do? Please tell me smart ***. The Carsound was the only cat that had great reviews so got one. Warpspeed actually welds on the flanges and O2 holes, which was on the wrong side of the cat(warpspeeds fault). How do I know that the core didn't become faulty when they were modifying it. Come on *** tell me...

They replied to my e-mail and are sending a replacement. Thing is I told them the cat it relly messed up and they still agreed. Since the honey core was lose I took it to an exhaust shop and they squashed the cat to press the core tightly and in doing that the core snapped in 2 pieces. I told that to warpspeed and they're sending a new one on monday. Cool and very surprising...

We actually have a no return once installed policy on converters because we had a couple of people who had problems with their engine which caused the cats to overheat. When we got them back the gasoline smell was so strong we could not keep them indoors. We explained this to the customer's but they did not believe us so rather than get in a pi**ing match we adopted that policy.

Unburned gas, oil and silicone will cause a converter to burn hotter than they are designed for and they will fail, that is not the converter manufacturer's problem.

Having said that since we certainly do try to handle problems even when it is something we don't maufacture.

regards
Dallas

Thanks for the reply. When I took off the first cat you sent I actually smelled it and there was no gas smell. It just didn't smell at all..

I don't think anything changed really, I had a great buying experience from them over a year ago. I talked to Dallas on the phone, he was really helpful and pretty much explained exactly how to install the y-pipe. They shipped within 48 hours and a couple days later I had the pipe.
