AP-Signworks not refunding... help!

Hi all,

So i returned the floor mats to AP-Signworks being aware of the 20% restocking fee. UPS has confirmed that it was delivered and signed for. So then they started postponing the refund, by saying that they were moving to a new facility and it should be done with in a couple of days. After a week they say they have some other probs, after another week they say that they have refunded the money but it was never actually refunded, my credit balance didnt show anything. They barely reply to my emails too. It has been like that for over a month, maybe two.

Who should I contant to resolve this situation? My bank? Consumer Rights agency or whatever?

I would really appreciate if someones with experience and knowledge of such situations can advice me.

Thanks.

If you've made every possible attempt to resolve this through the company, I would first start with your credit card company. Call them and dispute the charge. Most creditors will go to bat for you and deal with the company for you. It is not a guarantee though.

If the credit card company cannot come through for you (which I think it will), next would be the local and/or state Better Business Bureau.

I understand your pain. I cannot stand poor customer service and lack of responsiveness.

Aleksandr? If this is you, please give me a call at 678-468-9041. I thought your refund was processed, but you are correct, it was not. I was misinformed. Right now, we need your CC info again to get the refund processed, so please call me and we will take care of it on the spot while you're on the phone. Sorry for the delay, we didn't intentionally delay your refund. Most of these guys here know me and know that's not how we do things. Or you can email me at jeff@ap-signworks.com

I doubt you exhausted every way of trying to get a hold of Jeff. I bet if you called him, this would have been straighten out a long time ago.

Thanks for the backup.

I don't think he ever called, he did send quite a few emials and it's our fault for not responding to all of them. Lots and lots of internet/email issues since our move. Can't blame him though, this has taken way too long and it should have been taken care of a while back.

Glad you were taken care of. I personally have known Jeff for awhile, and he would never do anything that would make a customer disatisfied. As you can see he is a honest trustworthy business person. We have done business together for many years and I have nothing but good things to say. Thanks Jeff.
