Does anyone know if the people over at Frankencar are alive? I placed an order, and have heard nothing. More interestingly I call the numbers listed on their website during normal business hours and nobody answers.
And no reply to emails either. I hope they arent dead, i want my intake!

Roughly it took a month of waiting until my intake came. I placed calls and emails w/ no response. After i got the intake i went back to the website and saw that they had new products available. So i thought that they were busy w/ their new products and didn't have time to respond to my calls and emails. Understandable...but no excuse to not respond to your customers. In the end, i love my intake. They even sent duplicate parts!

 

Did you get an order confirmation email or anything?

 

yeah, paypal sent me a confirmation of payment.

 

Steve is still not doing this full time so bare with him.

 

we are not in the office ever during normal business hours. we run a graveyard shift. Scott and I still both work our full time day jobs and we try our best to keep up with phone calls. during the day try our cell phones and if we are available we will answer.
