Just had a lil problem with Stillen and just want to vent. First off, I ordered the FSTB and it came scratched (not bad, but enough to annoy me). Then I ordered again from them and forget to put something in my order so I placed another order right after that. This caused a problem from my part (my CC company thought my card was stolen and being used so they put a stop payment on the charge.) So anyways, when they called to ask about the CC problem I wasn't home and they left a message with my sister. Try as I might to contact them from work and noone would pick up. After I left them a message to call my work or cell number, they again call the house (I guess they don't take kindly to instruction). Once all the CC info was sorted out I was told that the order would not change, including the 2nd day air that I had opted for. Well, some way or another they actually changed it to ground. Although they didn't charge me for second day air I really did need my order by Friday (because a friend of mine with a shop was gonna throw it up on the lift while his boss is away this weekend). Now I gotta do it the hard way. Anyways, I know its petty, but it is annoying and just needed to let out some steam. (and to think, I never had this problem with CustomMaxim lol.. who would have known lol).

 

Next time, go through us so you don't need to worry about Stillen.
