Misterjung's Don't Buy Very Poor Service

My advice don't buy. I have had nothing but problems with my kit. I purchased an H4 dual beam kit. first me the wrong color kit, when I asked for an exchange he never responded. After a few weeks my HI/low converter stoped working on the right side headlight. When I tried to submit for a warranty claim he never responded to my emails or voicemails I left at the posted phone number. I went to www.globalpremier.com and got a new one in 3 days. After only about a week after that the right side headlight bulb went out. Reluctantley I purchased another bulb from him instead of trying to submit a warranty claim. That same day he sent a confirmation email saying that the bulb had been shipped. When I asked for a shipping confirmation he again never responded. After waiting almost 4 weeks the bulb still has not arrived. I have filed a dispute with the mastercard company and am in the process of getting a refund. MY ADVICE DO NOT BUY FROM HIM VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! He baits you with promising a very good warranty and low prices for a Hella based kit. However good luck on making a warranty claim it won't happen.

The only problem I had with him was that took him about a month to send my kit. And would never reply to my emails. I even ran a whois lookup for his number, but didn't answer the phone. I was about to do a chargeback on my Credit Card. Then I finally receive them.
I love the kit. I think its really good quality, but I don't recommend them to any one. I have about 1.5 years with my kit and no problems at all. I still love it

Go to Hidforum.com. They have lots of info on Hids and mr.Jung. He sounded ok looking at his website but his equipment is supposedly garbage and has been hiding from everyone who wants a refund.

I had dealings with MisterJung with my previous 2002 Altima.....I purchased a 6000k kit from him and for 6 months the kit was GORGEOUS, no problems..

after the 6th month, one light would warm up slower than the other, so I asked for an exchange-he responded fine-got a 7500k kit from him

the 7500kit upon arrival was partially DOA, but he never responded-after being frustrated with the car in general i traded her in with a defective HID kit

He finally did get back to me-refunded my $$$ 1000000% and gave me his home number which I would provide to you guys no problem but unfortunately I tossed the paper out.

His ballasts and wiring is great-his bulbs are cheap taiwanese and his customer service leaves a bit to be desired
