Mossy Nissan Of Escondido

Mossy Nissan OF Escondido

I bought a car from them about three weeks ago and I love my Maxima I can't wait to fix it up... But I have to get it back first since about a week ago the clutch burnt out.. which is probably my fault so I don't blame them for not fixing it for free... But the brakes, the tail light, and the ignition coils are not my fault and they should have never given me a hassle about fixing them...But the managers and sales people insist that there wonderful inspections of the car would have caught those problems... Too bad there service person
told me that there inspections suck and don't catch much... From my experience with them, once I get my car back, I will never go back to them and once my black leather interior goes in. I don't think I can explain how horrible they are to deal with =(

I think what really ****ed me off is the salesman telling the other people who work there that I am a street racer... I might speed a little but I don't race... They said they would never work on my car after knowing I was racer... That's gay and I wouldn't want them touching my car anyway...

sorry to hear about your experience there. It might be a drive, but try Quality Nissan in Temecula next time, ask for Javier. Great bunch of guys to deal with.

your factory warranty would only be good at Nissan. If you want an independent shop to do non-warranty work, I have a friend of mine in San Marcos. The shop is called Infinite Motion. They only use OEM parts and I have gone there for non-warranty work for years. 760-744-7070, ask for Rob, the owner. Tell him Dave from Tweeter sent you.

Sorry to hear that. My parents live right down the street from Mossy in Esco. I have only taken my car into them once for warranty repair. It was a blown MAF, and they knew I had an intake. They fixed it. I have heard bad things about them though. Like Dave said, take the 20 minute ride up to Temecula.. Ask for Javier, and tellhim that Dave or myself ( Giovanni ) sent you. You will not believe how they will treat you. We both just got new tranies put on there in the last few weeks. I just picked my car up tonight.
