This is not unheard of lately. There have been A LOT of comments about slow service. Try and just hang in there a little while longer. If you have to, just get more assertive with you messages and emails.

well, I'm sure filing complaints with PP and BBB will get some results. its just a shame that you have to go through all that hassle just to get a product you ordered.

I love my frankencar intake that i ordered over a year ago. I guess at that time, they were more on the ball because i got it within a week. I've heard some bad stories about different filters causing MAF failures but nothing bad about the Apexi filter (which I got). Hope you got the apexi filter with it.

you kind of have to be patient and not expect anyone to answer emails or calls. Eventually the intake will come. Mine took 4 weeks, no contact within the time frame.

Don't feel bad, I ordered mine on dec 23rd. i didn't hear from them until about a week ago, saying they were processing my order and that they had been out of couplers. I haven't heard anything more since then, so I really hope that it is on the way now. I'll be sure to post when I finally do get it. Hang in there, it may be on the way....i hope so atleast.

Tell paypal or your credit car company (if you used CC) and get your money back then order the Berk. The Berk is the same design, but it looks alot better and is cheaper.

why do some people just insist on doing business with them? for every good story I've heard about FC, i've heard TEN bad ones. I sent them an email once with a question, and never received a response. must be a real profitable business...

guess where Im taking my business now ...Berk Technologies..

Oh, and Berk has a group deal, check out the GD forums.

I lucked out and got their intake on a group deal. But, they never returned a phone call or an e-mail. I recently sent them an e-mail about their B-pipe and told them that I wanted to buy one. They were supposed to send me a link to a group deal price. Never heard back (as usual) so I went to SWA fo a Cattman B-pipe. They really need to clean up their CS. That's my experience ...

My friend ordered an intake from them(w/Apexi filter), it didn't take too long for it to get to him. However, there was one problem. There was a missing coupler(from midpipe to MAF)! WTF?! He had to buy a coupler from AutoZone to install it. Of course he tried to contact them, but not surprisingly, there was no answer. Frankencar =

I cancelled my order after a month of attempted calls to them. Berk was MUCH better to deal with and a good product.

ha, I ordered a black intake and got a blue one. It took about 6 weeks to get it.

They eventually sent me a black one after I had a fit about it.

Paypal's selling rules state that in order to use their service, you MUST ship items out within 7 days, even though mail order and web commerce law states a seller has 30 days.
Anyways, if you dont get a tracking order, or contact within 7 days, by Paypal's rules, you're entitled to get your money back.

I am sure the people who are reading this have most likely delt with Frankencar. If your experiance was bad why dont you make an official record of it with their local BBB

Here is the link to their applicable BBB

If this post doesnt get me banned again, then i dont know what will

That's what I mean when I see ppl complain about FC service...They are clearly not on top of things, and customer service is their last priority, yet people still deal with them, and then have to suffer with the bs. F these clowns!

No, I'm not retarded. I'm half way around the world right now. I can't exactly just run out to auto zone and pick up a coupler. I didn't know what the hold up was with my intake. I'm currently 8 hours ahead of EST. Right now it's 8:30 in the morning where I'm at and it's midnight on the east coast....hmmmm, doesn't really make it that easy to get in touch with Frankencar during the day. I'm sleeping at that time. Since I have no phone number they can reach me at, I rely on them to email me as I requested. I have recieved only one email, in reply to the six I have sent them. That was the reason they gave me for not shipping my intake. I've still got two more weeks before I get home anyway, I'm just hoping it's there by then. If not, then the phone calls will be made. Then I will be able to get in touch with them and cancel the order if need.
Sorry for such a long reply...but i'm not retarded ...i think

Anyone heard anything recently about shipping the next batch out. I ordered on Feb 20 so its been about 3 weeks. I really wanted to avoid ordering from them but it was the only hybrid intake I could fine for a 4th Gen.
