Well this week was the start of my spring break and me and a couple friends decided to take a trip over to Phoenix. We were in my friend's sister's Firebird and were taking it back to her in Phoenix where we would pick up his 4-Runner. The trip over sucked so bad, have you ever sat in the back of one of those ****ty *** Ponitacs for more than 3 hours? Man I wish I had my Max then. Well we got to Phoenix, and instantly it was just hottie, hottie, hottie, Benz, hottie, hottie, H2... you get the picture. So we drive around another couple hours, stroll the mall there on Camelback... It was a grand 'ol day. The night was even better but I wont get into that

I had one goal in going to Phoenix and that was to get my UDP. So we wake up the next morning getting ready to leave... yes a 1 day trip... I call up SWA and Alex is more than happy to give me directions, and were off and on our way. We get there and walk in. Greeted with utmost respect and I get my UDP in no time flat. It was great. We were about to do the 7 hour trek back to Albuquerque and were mighty hungry. We ask if theres somewhere around here to grab something to eat. Alex directs us to the Sub Factory( +2 points) And it was all great.

Got my UDP Installed this morning took about 4 hours and a trip back to NAPA cuz the people cant give me the right belt size =/ But it pulls harder and all whatnot.

My experience at SWA was fantastic. Keep up the good work guys. +10 for you.

Heh yeah it was me... the one and the only. But yeah, damn I wish you guys would chain out to New Mexico... do you have any idea how hard it is to find parts for Nissans out here?!?! You walk into a performance shop and they say "whats a Nissan" Is that the new VTEC version... blargh... this state sucks. But yeah, this summer Im going out to frickin Indiana for an internship... should have mad cash when I return so... College + Free Time = ROAD TRIPS TO SCOTSDALE FOR THE LADIES errr I mean to give SWA my money cuz they deserve it.

But thanks again for the "family like" treatment. And that UDP went on easy... those belts tho... man I hate those things. But I noticed a signifcant butt dyno gain in the lower to mid-lower then it pulls like normal, then again from like 5K to redline it pulls harder again. Hell I can even have my AC on and still be haulin ***.

Thanks guys. Send me some Sub Factory!

Yes, Scottsdale is the place to be on any given night. I am glad you could come down and enjoy yourself. The women here are absolutely amazing....
Glad you like the pulley, and the Sub Factory. We are having a "Nissan Summer Kick-Off Bash" at our shop end of May. I will post more info as we tie up the last few details within the next week or so.

Thanks again Lucas

As of now SWA has no class and stinks. I ordered H-tech springs 2 weeks ago now and they give me the run around. The thing is, I don't mind the run-around but they ALREADY CHARGED ME for the springs. MOST respectable places if not all will charge as soon as the item is shipped. As of now, SWA are thieves in my book because they took my money...no invoice...no notice.

What do you have to say SWA?

2 Weeks is not a long time for those springs. The have been on backorder from Tein themselves for a while. I think I waited about 4 for mine to come in - that's what's expected from a rare spring. Most Tein dealers probably don't even know they exist.

I would not say they have "no class and stink" simply because of a little wait. By the way PLENTY of shops (especially internet ones) charge you instantaneously.

As we have always done, we notify everyone, via e-mail or phone call. If you think we're thieves, I'm sorry. We have done great business on all forums for five years. If you aren't happy with the wait, just let us know.

Oh, and it is Tein's fault. We were told they are in stock, then backed out.

Thanks for your compliments

I don;t think i've ever had a part arrive in two weeks. Every one I deal with has to deal with the part distributor, and Maxima parts aren't exactly stocked up next to all of the Civic/Prelude/Integra sh*t. In fact most shops I walk into or shp on the internet don't have a d*mn thing for maxima's so I really appreciate shops that do have max parts available. I waited three month's just for some frickin' nismo seat belt pads.

Its just a pain in the ***, when the distributors DON'T call us and tell us this stuff. Just like Calsonic, when you walk into our shop in Phoenix, ITS ALL MAXIMA, ALTIMA AND SENTRA parts. All of it. We carry more stock than anyone else for specifically Nissan parts. But, just like any other business, we can't have it all in stock, so we rely on our distributors and manufacturers to step in and help out. Well, there goes that..... we call them, they tell us its in stock. We faxed them the customer info, and then the customer calls back two weeks later ****ed off at us. In the mean time, the manufacturer or the distributor DIDN'T have it in stock, or just simply forgot to ship it....which, of course, makes us look like jerks to someone who doesn't understand. Part of our business is just educating the customer. We bring the best prices, the best service, and sometimes, the only thing we ask from the customer is a bit of patience in a situation like this. Just about 99% of the people are very much good with it. But, ya can't please them all

Here's the problem, SWA. I made already 3 phone calls. Finally, there was an "update" and the Tein Springs were "finally being shipped out" and I was supposed to get it by this coming Friday, April 2nd. It's already Tuesday night and no email from you guys.

I understand distribution problems with logistics and production. Delay is not what bothers me. I have paid $172 and have nothing to show for it INCLUDING A COURTESY EMAIL FROM YOU GUYS SAYING THERE IS A DELAY! Don't put the blame on distributors if you don't know how to run a business. I will be calling tomorrow and requesting a full refund which better come within 24 hours.

If you care so much about "customer service", serve the customers rather than sitting on your butts and waiting for us to "guess" when we'll be receiving our PAID items.

BTW, I think I made 4 phone calls...SWA made ah...ah...none...and no emails...ah...and no receipt.

Hmmm...

As we told you, we would shoot you an e-mail the moment it SHIPPED. Which means it hasn't. I am sorry that you are not happy, feel free to call us today, and get your money back. I can only go so far, before certain manufacturers HAVE to accept their mess-ups. As I have stated before, its not like we're not accessible any given time.

Oh, and you will "better" get a refund. I somehow don't like anyone "threatening" me. We are a business which provides best prices and best service for CAR PARTS. When a manufacturer ****s up, I am no longer taking the grunt of it.

Thanks
Alex

Why don't you read my post carefully? I'm not unhappy about the delay so stop blaming the manufacturer. Let me spell it out because it seems you don't understand:

1. Don't make promises you can't keep (i.e. "You should receive these by the end of next week.")
2. Send a receipt of payment when you receive customer's payments (it gives them a better feeling that they will get SOMETHING)
3. If you sent out that there was a problem with manufacturer, I would have kindly asked for a refund and get them off ebay which had 3 of them at the time for $190 shipped. Now, there is NONE! Point, I have been delayed not by TEIN but because you guys sat on your thumbs.
4. There was no threat as in a 7th grader threatening to punch out 5th grader. Get real! What I meant was since you guys are such "professionals" I expect a full refund quickly so I can buy these from 2 other parts places that do have these in stock.

Haha...my little Igor friend, sit down and stop pretending you know what you're talking about. Seriously, where do you get off calling someone a moron? I forgive you, brother. You have a nice car, but that doesn't mean you have good wit or intellect. It's ok, I understand. I'm not going to even bother with you any more. haha...good try though...I seriously laughed at you when I read that.

As for SWA, they gave me a refund right away. I must say they are nice people. Personally, I would probably love to just chill with them. It's the business end that made it a little frustrating.

If my anger got out of hand, SWA, I apologize for all the rude comments. Thanks for your dedication.

Jason, I completely understand what you're saying. I am sorry if we in any way inconvenienced you. You obviously know what type of business we run, and I am sorry that this transaction was not up to your satisfaction. We really do try our best, and am sorry we couldn't get this one right. As always, if you (or anyone) need to vent, have questions, praises, issues, anything, my phone lines are always open, and my E-Mail is ready for any concerns. Thanks again.

I just bought my Progress/Cattman RSB from SWA and I got it in 2 days! Damn that was fast. Service is excellent and people on the phone know what they are talking about. I was going to order it thru my work and the connection we had was $179.00 plus tax....way to high, I went on SWA's website and it said $139.00 tax and shipping was free! I called back my distributor at work and he said he would not match it so screw him!

Thanks SWA for the great service and prices!

SWA Kicks @$$ . I live in Hawaii, and SWA does not rape my on shipping, unlike other competitors. I have recieved my orders in one day, when they are suppose to take two days, and I live on an island in the middle of the ocean! I've ordered a lot of items from them and have been satified everytime. Steve is an awesome person to deal with!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

SWA does it again! A++

Received my Illuminas from them just a couple of days ago from UPS. Thought I was going to be destroyed on brokerage fees. NOPE! They declared the struts as "gifts" so only had a $20 duty value to be charged. Less than $30CDN for brokerage all said and done.

SPEEDY service AND helps out on shipping. A++.
